Jennifer M. Graham wrote "Believe," a story in the Sibling Revelry chapter of Chicken Soup for the Soul: Children with Special Needs.

She is the mother of four unique kids and has written about the inspiring abilities of individuals with intellectual disabilities for more than twenty years. Her articles have appeared in national and regional magazines, and the anthology, You Will Dream New Dreams. She is the founder of onTRACK Transition Advisors (www.getontrack.us) and coaches parents and professionals on navigating the transition maze from special education to adult life in the community. She and her son Mark, born with Down syndrome, speak at many regional and national conferences on the rewards and challenges of transitioning to "the real world."
